Our first hands-on session begins with a brief walkthrough to confirm priority areas. We then dive into 'editing'—sorting through items to decide what stays, what is donated, and what is discarded. Once clear, we implement bespoke organizational systems tailored to your habits.
Do I need to be present for the entire organizing process?
While your input is vital during the initial 'editing' phase to make final decisions on your belongings, you do not need to be present for the entire implementation. Many of our premium clients prefer to leave the hands-on organization and finishing touches to us.
How many hours are typically required for a project?
Every home is unique, but a single medium-sized space (like a pantry or primary closet) often takes 4–6 hours. For larger transitions or whole-home projects, we recommend a consultation to provide a detailed timeline tailored to your specific vision.
Should I buy organizing products before you arrive?
We strongly recommend waiting. Part of our sophisticated service includes product recommendations based on exact measurements and your aesthetic preferences. We ensure that every bin, basket, and label integrates seamlessly with your home's design.
How should I prepare for our assessment?
The most important rule: do not clean up before we arrive. It is essential for us to see how your space truly functions in your daily life. This helps us identify 'pain points' and create functional systems that are sustainable for the long term.
